Have you been feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges or stuck in emotional patterns that are
hard to shift? Maybe past traumas or inner child wounds are keeping you from feeling fully
present or connected. Do you struggle with low self-worth, harsh self-criticism, or the sense that
you’re never quite enough? If you’re looking for support to better understand and cope with your
emotions, you’re not alone.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist with the College of Registered
Psychotherapists of Ontario. I support people facing emotional challenges and mental health
concerns through talk and art therapy. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I tailor sessions to
your needs in a safe and caring space.
Together, we’ll explore what you feel and need, build insight, and gently reframe old narratives
that no longer serve you. Through guided reflection, whether through talk or creative
expression, you’ll uncover patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others, and
explore new ways to cope. I often integrate mindfulness and inner child work to support healing,
emotional balance, and self-worth.
Becoming a therapist was part of my own healing path. It’s shaped the way I work—with
warmth, humility, and a strong belief in your capacity to grow and heal. I bring experience from
hospitals, treatment centres, community programs, and private practice, always with a trauma-
informed, compassionate approach.
Outside of therapy, I love dancing, nature, and exploring creative therapeutic methods. My
passion lies in helping people reconnect with the parts of themselves they may have lost along
the way.
Feel free to book a free 15–20 minute consultation to discuss your needs and set meaningful
goals together. I’m here to support you and look forward to connecting.

Finally finding the courage to be fully yourself can be intensely uncomfortable. As a late-blooming queer person I understand these struggles intimately. I’m here to let you know that it takes a village. We can’t do it alone. Stepping into ourselves fully is a collective journey and along the way we find joy, freedom and the life-affirming realization that being YOU is ok.
If you’re suffering with anxiety, panic attacks and developmental trauma, a feeling of disconnection and not fitting in or belonging; I have worked with these issues and I understand. Developmental trauma can make us hypersensitive and we feel like we are “too much” in the World. I’m here to assure you that you belong and are not alone.
There’s often something you’re not seeing on your own. Feeling lost and disoriented is part of the experience of coming back to yourself. I use developmental somatic psychotherapy, voice-work and Alexander movement techniques. As a professional singer and voice teacher, I help you bring your voice into the space, so you can be heard. Together we can find joy, belonging and connection, even in the darkest of times.
